It's not Christmas without a FUN 12 Days of Fitmas Workout!
The 12 Days of Fitmas workout plays out like the song. Meaning, complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round. Like this: 1, then 2-1, then 3-2-1, then 4-3-2-1, etc. – all the way to 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.
We've upped the ante from last year, because you all showed up and crushed the WOD last year!
This year we're incorporating more equipment to spice your holiday it up a little.
*Please note this WOD is modifiable and friendly for all fitness levels!
You'll need a rower, Kettlebell (35lbs men/25lbs women), Ab Mat, Box, Jump Rope and Wall Ball (16lbs men/10lbs women) to complete this workout.

3 Calorie Row
4 Single Arm Thrusters/ 2 per Arm (35/25)
5 Goblet Squats (35/25)
6 Box Jumps
7 Air Squats
8 Ab Mat Sit-ups
9 Kettlebell Swings (35/25)
10 Double Unders or 20 Single Unders
11 Ground to Over Head (25/15)
12 Wall Balls
