Jumping rope may be one of the most underrated workouts around, and it's cheap to get started. You can do it almost anywhere and it targets multiple muscle areas of the body with a single workout. And, while jumping rope doesn't look like much, it's versatile and FUN!

Benefits of jumping rope:

-Helps improves coordination, balance, and explosiveness

Join us all month long and complete 500 single unders daily for a grand total of 15,000 jumps in June!

No rope? No Problem!
You can borrow one from the front desk for use, while you're visiting the fitness center.

You can earn points for your team by scanning the Resiliency Games QR code at Katterbach Fitness Center.

Please stop by the Fitness Center during our normal staffed hours of operation to complete the registration process. Due to energy conservation measures, we have reduced the operating hours of our sauna which is now available by request. Please see Fitness Center personnel for assistance.
