500&1000lbs Club Christmas Special
Earn your spot in the 500&1000lbs Club this holiday season!

Patrons will have an opportunity to earn a spot in the 500lbs and 1000lbs Clubs this holiday season! The 500lbs Club for Women and 1000lbs Club for Men. This powerlifting event is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift.
The combined successful attempts of these three disciplines must reach or exceed 500lbs or 1000lbs respectively.
Patrons must register at the Katterbach Fitness Center front desk to join the competition. The cost is $10. Participants who successfully reach or exceed 500lbs for women and 1000lbs for men, will receive a 500lbs or 1000lbs Club t-shirt. The male and female with the most weight lifted during this challenge will receive a FREE “Merry Fit’mas Games 2020” t-shirt in addition to their Club t-shirt.
