Storck Bunch Fitness Center is introducing a new Cardio/Abs class!

The class will consist of:

  • 10 minutes of cardio including different exercises to help increase heart rate
  • 30 minutes of abdominal work
  • 5 minutes of cool down

Burn fat, improve your cardiovascular health, tone your abdominal muscles, and improve posture.

No cost.

Registration Information

Attendees are encouraged to be at the Fitness Center at least 5-10 minutes before the start of the class.

Class is limited twenty (20) participants.
