In the middle of a global pandemic, we are realizing how important many workers are to the health of our society and economy. It’s not only our health care workers, law enforcement officers and pharmacists, but also our cashiers, delivery drivers, warehouse workers and cleaners. Jobs we may not have considered to be essential are suddenly critical to our daily living. These amazing people are stepping up! They likely have the same concerns we do, but they still get up each day and return to work so that we have access to what we need. We are more aware now than ever before of how much we rely upon our essential workers, the backbone of our community.
Please join us in recognizing those individuals by participating in this Virtual 5K Run/Walk to show your appreciation for their contribution. Participants may post a screenshot of their completed 5K run or walk from their GPS app and include a picture of their “Essential Employee” to the Katterbach Fitness Center’s Facebook Event “Essential Employee Appreciation Virtual 5K”. Safety restrictions and Physical Distancing guidelines must be followed at all times.

Cost
No Cost. The event is open to all USAG Ansbach Community members.
Registration Information
No registration required, however participants MUST be assigned to USAG Ansbach.
