The goal of this class is to help learners differentiate personality traits to discover effective ways to interact with peers, co-workers, friends, and family. Participants will conduct a self-assessment of their individual personality traits using the DiSC personal profile; then, based on their knowledge of their tendencies, they will examine techniques for effective personal and professional interactions.
