Suitable for all fitness levels, functional training focuses on basic movement patterns like pushing, pulling, squatting, rotating, lifting, walking and running. By Incorporating exercises into these primary movements, functional training will give you the edge, enhance your performance and improve your health.

This functional strength class will be held in the weightroom.

Cost

Cost: $4 per daily pass

Registration Information

Customers are encouraged to come at least 15 minutes before the start of the class.

The class is limited to 15 participants.

This class will be held in the weightroom, therefore children will not be permitted to attend.
