At one time or another, stress affects everyone - what sets people apart is how they manage that stress. This stress management class, hosted by the Army Community Service (ACS), Family Advocacy Program (FAP), will teach attendees how stress affects the body and how to deal with the symptoms. Staff will present valuable tools and techniques that can be used to combat stress, build resilience, and discuss how to become healthier by managing stress before it manifests into counterproductive thinking, behaviors, and health concerns. This training is open to all eligible DoD ID Cardholders.
