Key Contact volunteers are a vital part of the Soldier and Family Readiness Group (SFRG) Leadership team; they perform essential SFRG mission activities to keep lines of communication open. This training provides Key Contacts with guidance on their role and responsibilities as well as how to handle crisis phone calls. This training is suggested training for all SFRG Key Contact Volunteers and is open to anyone wanting to learn more about the SFRG Communication structure, to include tips and techniques for executing the role as well as practical exercises and scenarios.
