Let us help you stay active while you're stuck at home for a while. The Katterbach Fitness Center is offering some stay at home workout programs, fitness challenges, and anything else we can think of to keep you active thru these challenging times.
Suitable for all fitness levels, functional training focuses on basic movement patterns like pushing, pulling, squatting, rotating, lifting, walking and running. By Incorporating exercises into these primary movements, functional training will give you the edge, enhance your performance and improve your health.
Participants will experience the use of various equipment at home or no equipment at all that will engage your body's own resistance for exercise.
Patrons are encouraged to join our Facebook group, USAG Ansbach Functional Fitness, for daily workouts and instructions at no cost.
