Patrons will have an opportunity to earn a spot in the 500lbs and 1,000lbs Clubs!
The 500lbs Club is for women and 1,000lbs is for men.
This powerlifting event is a strength sport that comprises of three attempts at maximal weight
on three lifts: bench press, squat and deadlift.
The combined successful attempts of these three disciplines must reach or exceed 500lbs or
1,000lbs, respectively.
Participants that successfully reach or exceed 500lbs for women and 1,000lbs for men, will
receive a 500lbs or 1,000lbs Club t-shirt.
