Support for service members and families

SFAC exists to support service members during times of medical recovery and transition, along with the families who support them.

SFAC may assist:

  • Service members returning to duty
  • Service members preparing to transition to civilian life
  • Families and caregivers who need guidance or referrals

Support may vary by location, but SFAC staff work to ensure no one is left navigating the system alone.
