Youth Sports & Fitness offers a variety of team sports, individual activities, and special programs for children and teens ages 3-18. Whether your child wants to join a competitive league, build skills in a clinic, or just have fun staying active, there's something for everyone!

Lacrosse Player

Team Sports

Playing on a team helps kids build teamwork, confidence, and skills. Team sports are available for different age groups throughout the year.

Spring Season: April - June. Registration opens in February. 

  • T-Ball: Ages 3-6
  • Baseball: Ages 7-15
  • Softball: Ages 10-15
  • Volleyball: Ages 9-15

Summer Camp: Summer School Break. Registration opens in May. 

  • Sports and Activities will vary 

Fall Season: August - November. Registration opens in June.

  • Soccer: Ages 3-15
  • Volleyball: Ages 9-15
  • Flag Football: Ages 10-12

Winter Season: December - March. Registration opens in October. 

  • Basketball: Ages 3-15
  • Cheerleading: Ages 5-15

Individual Sports 

For kids who want to focus on personal achievement, we offer a variety of individual sports.

Spring Season: April - June. Registration opens in February.

  • Track & Field: Ages 8-15
  • Bowling: Ages 6-15

Summer Camp: Summer School Break. Registration opens in May. 

  • Sports and Activities will vary 

Fall Season: August - November. Registration opens in June. 

  • Bowling: Ages 6-15
  • Cross Country: Ages 10-15

  • Wrestling: Ages 9-14

Specialty Programs

In addition to traditional sports, we offer special programs designed to help kids stay active and healthy.

  • Start Smart (Ages 3-5). Introductory sports program for young children

  • Running Clubs. Non-competitive running groups for youth of all age
