It’s not Christmas without a fun 12 days of Christmas workout! This 12 Days of Christmas Workout of the Day (WOD) is simple. It’s just like the song! You’ll kick things off with a sled push loaded with your equipment (ab mat, kettlebell and wall ball) for 30 meters (length of the basketball court. Once you reach the end of the court, you’ll begin with one burpee, then you’ll do two pushups and one burpee, then three inch worms, two pushups and one burpee and so on until you get to the twelfth movement.
So it’s: 1. 2-1. 3-2-1. 4-3-2-1. 5-4-3-2-1… until the last round of 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1. Here’s the workout:

2. Push Ups (x2)
3. Inch Worms (x3)
4. Russian Twists (x4)
5. KB Swings (x5)
6. Jumping Jacks (x6)
7. Air Squats (x7)
8. Mountain Climbers (x8)
9. Ab Mat Sit Ups (x9)
10. Lunges (x10)
11. KB Push Press (x11)
12. Wall Balls (x12)
You’ll need a kettlebell (KB) for the KB Swings and the single-arm (SA) push presses. We recommend 25lbs for women and 35lbs for men. The fastest time for male and female will receive a FREE Merry Fit’mas t-shirt!
