Workout of the Week - HYROX Edition

Join us for the HYROX Workout of the week Challenge @ Katterbach Fitness Center!

The workout of the week will give you a first impression of what you can expect when signing up for a HYROX run. We will not do a full HYROX Run! 
We will also provide you with general information about HYROX and its PFT. The Hyrox Physical Fitness Test (P’F”T) has been specifically designed to give you the perfect introduction into Hyrox and also gives you a good indication of your level and for which division you should sign up to.

But what is HYROX?

HYROX is an indoor functional movement race that combines 8 x 1km runs with 8 fitness movements. It tests endurance and functional capacity, making it a unique hybrid-style race that blends elements of CrossFit and obstacle racing.

Open to all U.S. ID cardholders. Players must be 18 years old and out of high school.
