The Katterbach Fitness Center presents a "New Year New You" Boot Camp! The Boot Camp is an intense 6-week program held from Monday, January 13th to Wednesday, February 19th.
Olympic Gold Medalist and talented personal trainer, James Beckford, will be leading participants through a comprehensive, customized fitness routine/program.
The Boot Camp program will encompass:
- Cardiovascular Endurance
- Muscular Endurance
- Muscular Strength
- Body Composition
The Boot Camp is comprised of 12 class sessions throughout six weeks. Each session will be 50-60 minutes. Two groups will be held, 10 a.m.-11 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
Participants will have a pre-program assessment:
Assessments will be by appointment January 7th, 9th and 10th.
Cost
$120 per person.
Cash, Credit and Debit Cards accepted.

Class is limited to the first 20 participants.
Open to all U.S. ID Cardholders, 18 years old and older.
