Taming your Temper with ACS

Hosted by the Army Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP), gain the skills needed to evaluate, understand, and develop a strategy to control your anger.

#

The key to controlling your anger is to learn how to express your emotions productively. Anger management requires that you understand how your response to any situation can either build or break relationships, and has a significant impact on your personal and professional lives. This class will review the effect of anger on the body and the mind, so you can recognize your warning signs. Then, the class will provide framework to help you develop a plan when you feel irritable, unhappy, or stressed, to better control your emotions to achieve favorable outcomes. This class is open to all eligible DoD ID Cardholders.

Classes are held at both Katterbach ACS and Storck Barracks ACS -

- ACS Storck Barracks, Bldg. 6510, Every 2nd Friday from 8-11:30 a.m.
