This course provides training in Building Strong Relationships to discuss ways to avoid relationship risk factors, identify positive and negative patterns of communication and learn skills to build strong relationship foundations. The learning tools and resources include handouts, activities and short practical videos to assist with participants’ understanding of strategies to build connection and growth and avoid common pitfalls in relationships.
