The CYS Babysitting course is open to teens 13 to 17 years. The course is free, but teens need to be registered with CYS to participate. The course teaches teens what it takes to be a responsible, trustworthy, caring, respectful, and safe babysitter. Our trainer who conducts the course will cover topics such as safety, CPR basics, first aid, child development, discipline, nutrition, entertainment and handling emergencies. Once the training is completed, your name will be placed on the CYS Babysitter Referral roster to help earn you business.
