Emergency Placement Care (EPC) Orientation
The Emergency Placement Care (EPC) Program provides 24-hour care for at risk children in an EPC certified home when it has been determined that the child/children cannot be safely cared for by their natural parents or legal guardians. This care is short-term and generally will not exceed 90 days. This one hour Orientation reviews general information on the program for potential Provider Families who desire to open their hearts and home to a child in need.
