New Parent Support Program (NPSP) hosts a weekly playgroup for children of approximately 12 months of age and their parents.
This is a 50 minute metabolic experience designed to maximize fat loss and functional strength. We combine traditional-military inspired drills with modern metabolic conditioning. Each session features a mix of plyometrics, resistance training and core stability exercises.
