Break out of your normal routine and move a mile a day and move your body forward for at least one mile, every day, for 30 days! You can run, jog, walk, crawl, bike, or swim. 

If you're new to exercising, this is a great place for you to start a new fitness routine and create healthy habits. If you're a veteran, this is a great opportunity to to increase endurance, distance, or build speed.


Track your movement/progress on a smart watch or phone app and share on the Katterbach Fitness Center Facebook and Instagram pages to stay accountable. (Patrons are encouraged to share their run times and distances, however specific routes are not to be shared on social media.)
