Shaping Yourself Into Fitness is a 6-week fitness program geared towards improving overall fitness, wellness and a healthier lifestyle.
Shaping Yourself Into Fitness will be intriguing, exciting, yet challenging and covering all pillars of physical fitness including:
- Cardiovascular and muscular endurance
- Muscular strength
- Flexibility
- Body fat composition
This 6-week fitness program will comprise of classes lasting at least 60 minutes per class. Classes meet every Monday and Wednesday from April 11th through May 16th. Choose between 10:30-11:30 a.m. or 5-6 p.m. classes.
The classes will include activities to enhance body fat loss, weight loss and strength gain. Nutritional information will be provided.
** Initial assessments will take place on Tuesday, April 10th. Additional assesments will be provided throughout the program with optional before and after photos.
About the Instructor:
Ms. Violeta is a certified trainer in a variety of fitness realms. She is certified in Zumba, FabFit, circuit training, and personal training.
Cost
$120.00 per person.

Participants must be U.S. ID Cardholders, 16 years old and above.
