Social Skills Group with ACS EFMP
This event consists of activities for school aged children from Kindergarten to 5th grade, to help them learn to build relationships and connect with friends.

Join the Army Community Service (ACS) Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) for a hands on group for school aged children from Kindergarten to 5th grade. This group, facilitated by Heather Burchett, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), provides support to family members of children with autism and their friends, to build social skills using fun and engaging games and activities. Children will learn how to communicate with others, react to someone who has autism, and build lasting relationships to helps friends learn and grow together. This event will be held at the Katterbach Child Development Center (CDC)/School Aged Center (SAC), Bldg. 9028.
