Soldier/Family Readiness Group Informal Funds Training

This class is intended to train Soldier and Family Readiness Group (SFRG) Informal Funds Custodians (a.k.a. Treasurers) understand the ins and outs of their volunteer positions.

Attendees will learn:

• legal rules and regulations that govern informal funds
• the difference between informal funds, appropriated funds, and non-appropriated funds
• what can informal funds be used for
• local rules and policies for fundraising

Class presenters include subject matter experts from the OSJA and FMWR. SFRG Leaders are encouraged to attend.
