The USAG Ansbach Sports office will conduct the annual Unit Level Volleyball League from Tuesday, March 10 to Thursday, April 23.
Games will be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-8 p.m.
The top two teams will represent USAG Ansbach at the IMCOM Europe Region Unit Level Volleyball Tournament Held at USAG Bavaria-Grafenwoehr from May 8-10, 2020.
A coach's meeting will be held on Friday, February 28, 2020 at the Katterbach Fitness Center at 5:30 p.m.
Awards:
- 1st place team
- 2nd place team
- Most Valuable Player (MVP)
Participating teams will receive Garrison Commander's Cup points.
Sports Officials Clinic:
There will be a clinic to certify both umpires and scorebook keepers. It will be held from 3-5 MAR at 1800 (Von Steuben). Clinic is FREE to all participants with a desire to become umpires.
Volunteer umpires and scorebook keepers are welcome.
Cost
No cost.
Unit teams must register by filling out the Letter of intent to participate in the Volleyball league.
Registration Information
Units wishing to participate must submit a letter of intent. Letters of intents are now available at the Katterbach and Bunch Fitness Centers, and must be returned no later than Friday, February 28, 2020.
Participants must be a U.S. ID Cardholder, 18 years old and above, and out of high school.
