The Katterbach Fitness Center will host a Fitness Expo on Saturday, 29 April from 1000-1200. The Fitness Expo is aimed at showcasing the various aerobic classes, massage therapy and personal training services offered by instructors and trainers within the Ansbach Community. These will be mini-demonstration form of classes lasting for 25 minutes each.
The itinerary of the day events is as follows:
1. 1005-1030 - Yoga
2. 1035-1100 - Zumba
3. 1105-1130 - Indoor Cycling
4. 1135-1200 - Fab Fit
Both the massage therapy and personal training services will be offered throughout the Fitness Expo (1000-1200).
Massage services will include 10-minutes sessions, while the personal training segment will comprise of assessments (body fat measurement) and tips in the realm of physical fitness.
Participants are encouraged to be at the Katterbach Fitness Center at least 15 minutes prior to the kick-off of the class demonstrations.
Cost
The Fitness Expo will be FREE for all aspiring participants. Each class demonstration is limited to 15-20 people.
