USAG Ansbach 5K Tax Day Walk-Run

The Tax Day Walk-Run is a 5K event organized to create an awareness about the last day of Tax filing while participating in a fun-filled recreational activity. The run starts and ends at the Katterbach Fitness Center (Bldg. 9033). The route will cover the Katterbach airfield and housing area.
Commander's Cup Points: Units with at least 5 Soldiers or family members will get Commander's Cup Points.
Prizes/Awards:
Prizes to be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place, male and female finishers.
- First place prize: $50 value Exchange Gift Certificate
- Second place prize: $25 value Exchange Gift Certificate
Participants with strollers are welcome to take part in the run.
Accompanying pets must be restrained on a leash at all times.

Registration Information
On-site registration the day of the event at Katterbach Fitness Center (Bldg. 9033).
Registration opens at 0800 and ends at 0854.
Participant Eligibility:
- U.S. ID Cardholder
- 18 Years of age and older
- Out of High School
* Children younger than 16 years may run with their parents or guardians, but will NOT be eligible for prizes or giveaways.
The 1st 100 people to sign-up will receive a free T-Shirt. Must register no later than 0845.
