Host Nation Orientation with ACS (Day 2 - City Tour)

A continuation of the Day 1 Host Nation Orientation, participants will gain hand on experience with speaking German and navigating the local area and the Ansbach Altstadt.

This class targets specific muscles such as the abdominal, back, and hip muscles to strengthen and improve posture. Additional muscle conditioning work will be selected per instructor's choice. All levels are welcome.

This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and finishes with stretching for a complete workout. All levels are welcome
