Domestic Abuse Victim Advocate (DAVA) Services

Victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse have round-the-clock access to services, including emergency assistance, information, referrals, and ongoing support in accessing medical, behavioral health, legal, and law enforcement services on and off garrisons. Victim Advocates will discuss the option of restricted and unrestricted reports.

Victim Advocates are on call 24/7 to assist Soldiers and family members who are in need of assistance due to domestic violence. They can be reached during duty hours at ACS at: +49-162-271-0334

Transitional Compensation (TC) for Abused Dependents

Under a congressionally mandated program, abused dependents of military personnel may be eligible for up to three years of benefits and entitlements, including temporary financial compensation, medical care, and commissary and exchange privileges.

For more information on transitional compensation, contact the Family Advocacy Program Manager at +49-611-143-587-2121 or DSN 587-2121.

Emergency Placement Care (EPC)

The Family Advocacy Program is in search of caring individuals who are willing to open their hearts and homes to at-risk military children.  These children require a little extra love and attention because their natural parents/guardians are temporarily unable to care for them. The program is designed to provide short-term care for children of families in crisis. It is immensely rewarding to make a difference in a child’s life by offering unconditional love and support during a difficult period of their life. If you are interested in becoming an EPC provider please join our EPC Orientation, a requirement to register and apply to become an EPC provider. For more information, contact the EPC Coordinator at +49-611-143-587-2121.
