Functional Fitness (Storck Barracks)
Functional Fitness with Coach Sanchez!
Suitable for all fitness levels, functional training focuses on basic movement patterns like pushing, pulling, squatting, rotating, lifting, walking and running. By Incorporating exercises into these primary movements, functional training will give you the edge, enhance your performance and improve your health.
Participants will experience the use of various equipment, including: barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, jump ropes, weighted plates, and a wide range of balancing apparatus.
Fitness classes are limited to 6-participants per class.
Patrons must register 1-day prior to the class date in order to maintain the capacity number.
Must be U.S. ID cardholder, 18 years and above to participate.
