This event is conducted in honor to Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all fallen soldiers, recognizing their sacrifice through teamwork, effort, and remembrance.

Sculpt & Flow begins with a Vinyasa Flow, transitions into light strength work for the core, glutes, and arms, and ends with a stretch, with a focus on mind-body connection throughout.
Volunteer Orientation & VMIS Training. Provide information to help people register into the Volunteer Management Information System to record volunteer hours.

Full body, low-impact mat workout focusing on strengthening the core while improving flexibility, stability, and posture. Sessions are accessible to all levels.

Patrons will have an opportunity to earn a spot in the 500lbs and 1,000lbs Clubs!
The 500lbs Club is for women and 1,000lbs is for men.
This powerlifting event is a strength sport that comprises of three attempts at maximal weight
on three lifts: bench press, squat and deadlift.
The combined successful attempts of these three disciplines must reach or exceed 500lbs or
1,000lbs, respectively.
Participants that successfully reach or exceed 500lbs for women and 1,000lbs for men, will
receive a 500lbs or 1,000lbs Club t-shirt.
