At one time or another, stress affects everyone - what sets people apart is how they manage that stress. This stress management class will teach attendees how stress affects the body, how to deal with the symptoms, valuable tools that can be used to combat stress, and how to become healthier by managing stress better.

The Emergency Placement Care (EPC) Program provides 24-hour care for at risk children in an EPC certified home when it has been determined that the child/children cannot be safely cared for by their natural parents or legal guardians. This care is short-term and generally will not exceed 90 days. This one hour Orientation reviews general information on the program for potential Provider Families who desire to open their hearts and home to a child in need.
Unforeseen circumstances may require dependents to return to the U.S. This class provides educational counseling, and family resiliency tips for Early Return of Dependents (EROD).
